She seems more concerned about everything else around her, Poor babies head keeps thrashing around. The whole thing looked staged, autograph seekers just so happened to know where and when she would be at each destination lined up with her pic ready. It's like watching Heidi Montag 2.0

Isn't that cute, She actually took her new accessory away from the nanny for the evening to show off. Next think we know we'll see Kate Hudson actually payng attention to her little accessory.
I want one of these new photo op children. They seem so cool. you can take them out of the box, parade them around for the paps and never have to change one diaper. Incredible!
Britneys even come with little motorized cars!
These celebs have it made, They never even have to carry a diaper bag. Amazing!
