These sexy, impeccably crusted over feet turned up at a fashion show in London on Thursday. Guess who managed to wedge their wounded paws into a pair of open toe heels.

Okay forget the open sores as disgusting as they may be!! What up with the freakin shoes that are entirely to small!! Looks like someone with this much money could afford a pair of shoes that fit them!! As for bombshell....I do not think so....She has taken her plastic surgery and botox way to far....She looks like a freaking clown!!!!

Whatever stylist convinced her she looked fierce, should be fired. Why would you even step outside your house, let alone go to a highly photographed event, with feet like that? Doesn't this person know that as a "designer" going to Fashion Week, what she wears is going to be picked apart and analyzed. Her brother would be so ashamed.

Her feet are totally messed up from shoving and cramming them into shoes like that. Does it look like her feet even fit into them? Talk about Cinderella. Not to mention how she's messed herself up with all that surgery. She looks 83.

Ok, with all the millions this lady has, you would think she'd purchase shoes the right size.
If she did, her middle toes would not be on the out side of the shoes.
Her shoes most likley cost more than I make in a month.
Funny it does not matter if you are rich or poor, buy shoes that fit

That is such an indication of the lack of cleanliness on the part of this woman. For God's sake, wear shoes that cover up those ugly, rough, dry, scabby, dirty toenails and ugly feet. This woman has all kinds of money, access to beautiful clothes, hair stylists, etc., and she still looks like this? How does she justify being seen in public with feet sticking out of her shoes that look like that. Yuck.

All I can say is with the money that she makes, you would think that she would try to take better care of herself and it's very evident that she doesn't. I agree with a lot of comments on here that she looks like a large mouthed bass and why would she want to look like that? It's not attractive at all and I don't care if it high fashion or not but her shoes don't even look like they fit properly.

Whatever the cause, you'd think she'd want to keep those things covered. For Pete's Sake, Donatella, either wear pants or boots that cover those things until they heal. Those aren't just scabs, they look like they've really been picked at.

It looks like she has a bad case of pedal edema. Her ankles have retained so much fluid that the skin has actually ulcerated. She needs to be wearing flats and elevating her legs as much as possible. That kind of edema could even be symptomatic of congestive heart failure.
