Geezer Lawsuits Get Green Light Special

McMahon, RatherTwo old guys who are getting their Depends in a twist in separate lawsuits just got some legal Metamucil from judges.

Ed McMahon and Dan Rather both got the go-ahead on their respective suits. Broker-than-a-joker E-Mac is suing Cedars-Sinai and two of its docs for malpractice on his broken neck, and a judge swatted away the hospital's lawyer's technical objections. It's a lil' good news for Mr. Ed.

Rather can go ahead with his breach of contract suit against CBS, a New York judge just ruled yesterday, but he can't sue Viacom for fraud or CBS for business interference.

1. Dan Rather is a bitter old piece of crap. Hey Dan, you were supposed to REPORT the news, not make it up, bungholio.

2. I doubt Ed has a friend in the world. He'll sue anyone to get a buck, and they know it.

3. Hmmmm..... seems to me I just read your comments about Daniel Radcliffe. Please let me quote you: "Hogwarts doesn't offer a class on "respecting one's elders!" Appearently neither did the school you attended. However, being an intelligent, educated adult, why haven't you picked up on this without a class in school. You certainly noticed quickly enough with Daniel.
ps. I am not old, but I do respect my elders and I'm tired of anyone over 50 being put in the trash by you, who will be 50 before you know it. What then? My mother is over 50 and is hotter then most of the people you print. Are you? Please get yourself together.

5. Dan Rather deserves every penny he gets from CBS. They hung him out to dry after a distinguished career. Besides, that crap about Bush was probably true. Bush/Cheney probably threatened CBS and they made Rather their patsy. I haven't watched them since he left. Come to think of it, nobody else is watching CBS either. I guess it's good Cronkite retired when he did or CBS would have railroaded him too. There's going to be a lot that comes out when Bush/Cheney leave Washington..

6. Please do not refer to people who are old as getting their depends in a bunch, or old bones. Someday you will be old too.
