Britney SpearsAdnan Ghalib may be a sleazeball, but he's not pitching a sex tape -- in fact, he may be suing.

The former BF of one Britney Spears not only denies the existence of a sex tape, but our sources say he has hired litigation counsel in England to go after the tabloids that have attributed quotes to him he says he never gave.

Some of the tabs have run stories that Adnan had the tape and was pitching it. Not true. And our sources say Britney is also confident no such tape exists.

2. Yo TMZ idiots - in common law jurisdictions including the UK, we call "litigation counsel" a BARRISTER. I found it somewhat amusing that used referred to this as "litigation counsel," an obvious indication that you were unaware of what a barrister is. Now boys and girls, brownie points for anyone who can tell us what a "solicitor" is?

4. There's a tape. There's not a tape. Who the heck cares? The nation has already seen all of brit anyway. Even if there's not an adnan/brit tape there's probably one of her doing someone and if not, brit being the exhibitionist and media w#ore that she is will undoubtedly make one and sell it herself.
