Anyone who thought Palin "won" last night's debate is either deaf, dumb and blind, or is so entranced with Palin that even if she misspelled "cat" by two letters, they'd still think she's a genius. Either way, they're morons. Palin showed she can get up on stage and mouth a lot of gibberish in her folksy manner, but proved incapable of answering any question. Ifill wasn't Katy Couric who pressed her to answer a question instead of saying whatever she wanted to talk about. You betcha' that if this was a real interview instead of a staged "debate," Sarah Palin would be that proverbial deer in the headlights. So, if you think that saying "But John McCain's a maverick" to questions on energy, drilling, the Iraq war, etc. is acceptable, then you're a moron too. Sarah can't spell maverick let alone know what it means. We're not electing the President of the local PTO or the Bible Club or the Wasilla Avon Society here. If we were, then she'd be a shoo-in over Joe Biden. As for the porn on her, get over it. Spoofs - sexual or otherwise - have been made on every politician, be they right, left, center or from outer space. So put down your indignation, and your Sarah Palin pompoms and chill out.

55. The only thing Palin nailed last night was the blue knuckles approach to debating. The staring into the camera and not at her opponent made her seem as if she had both a bad case of palsy AND stick shoved up her ample rear!
