9. If the allegations were true, and they are serious indeed, why hasn't anyone prosecuted this guy??? That just tells me that Lynne lied through her teeth. Why would anyone in her family, let alone the District Attorney, let this guy free if he did all those things to Britney? Lynne was just trying to distract all of the media attention away from her and the family, and its wrong that she took this guy down like that.
