Zac to Crazed Fan: Back the Ef Off!
It's kinda cute when a 14-year-old girl loses her mind and tries to brush up against Zac Efron -- but when a fake-tanned, middle-aged, off-his-rocker maniac goes in for a grab ... it's time to be thankful you can afford security.

The laptop-toting lunatic -- who's a few decades off the "HSM" target audience -- verbally berated Efron outside of a West End theater in London last night, and, according to the Daily Mail, the old guy grabbed the side of Zac's head before security could put him down.

No charges were filed -- and other than some emotional scarring, Efron's immaculate 'do will reportedly make a full recovery.
