Iceman Feels Kimbo's Pain

Chuck Liddell says he didn't see MMA bust Kimbo Slice get knocked on his ass in that 14 second disaster that was supposed to be a fight last week. He must've blinked.

But if anyone knows what it's like to tank during an incredibly over-hyped fight, it's The Iceman -- right Rampage Jackson?! (We're just kidding Chuck. Please don't kill us.)

1. Yo TMZ! Chuck just got knocked out by Rashad Evans! Rampage knocking him out is old news - that was 2 fights ago. In his last fight Evans KTFO of Chuck! BAM!

2. Chuck Liddell (The Iceman) has a four year accounting degree from the U.C. system(not like most athletes 'finger painting/arts degrees) Iceman is responsible for the big paydays that UFC fighters now enjoy. UFC Dana White realized that when any one fighter (like Chuck) develops SUPERPOPULARTITY the purse(fight prize$) gets super big as well and Dana is trying to find the most profitable balance between SUPERPOPULAR fighters and thier super paydays for winning.

Chuck will whoop ass when Dana and the UFC provide Chuck with cash(fight prize) similar to the formula that was used while Chuck and other fighters built the UFC's popularity. Till then Chuck isn't going to beat his head and body against every bloodthirsty killer Dana promotes in the Octagon. Chuck is content to play his cards just like Dana plays his cards.

Anderson "the spider" Silva is a great example of huge promotion of a lame fight that Anderson will have to play 'patty cake' so the fans get more than a 4-5sec knock out for thier hard earned expensive tickets. P.S. it's Dana Whites business skills that are 50% responsible for the fans enjoyment of the sport and Dana deserves more credit than he takes.

3. What? Dana already takes WAY too much credit. It was the NJSAC that legitamized MMA, and the UFC was gaining popularity AND fighting under those unified rules BEFORE Zuffa et. al. bought the UFC.

Furthermore you are a M O R O N - Chuck and Silva will both fight ANYbody - so go ahead and get in the cage and tell them the same BS you just spouted off here.

4. re:3

You're wrong ! Chuck won't fight "ANYBODY".

Dana White has done more for MMA than anyone or any fighter !

You get in the Octagon with Chuck or Anderson it's "YOUR IDEA" NOT MINE.

Silva vs Cote is a "JOKER CARD". I'll check your replies tomorrow am. Till then . . . git yo bitch on!

lol

5. I HEARD TANK ABBOT WANTS A PIECE OF LIDDELL, BUT IS BEING IGNORED BECAUSE THEY FEAR HIM!!

Posted at 11:45AM on Oct 14th 2008 by Melon Head

6. First, Chuck is just human, trying to make it in life like everybody else. So is Kimbo.

Second, Dana White, along with Joe Silva, is responsible for 99% of the success of the UFC.
The other one percent belongs to Frank and Lorenzo Fertitta, the money men.

Third, if you think Tank Abbott could beat Chuck Liddell, your an idoit. Tank can't even hang with a lightweight in the UFC.
