12. It depends on what region of Italy you are from, but generally, its spelled "capisce" meaning, "understand?"
If you want to say "Do you understand" it would be "Lei capisce?"
If you're talking to your friend or buddy, you'd say "Capisci?", but if you're talking to someone more formal, you'd say "capisce?"
It all depends on how you use it and the dialect.
