Jesse McCartney is THE WORST NEIGHBOR EVER, according to his neighbors.
Our cop sources tell us over the weekend, people who live around him in the Hollywood Hills called the police twice, complaining about an ear-shatteringly loud party in his backyard. One call came in at 3:00 AM Saturday morning, another at 6:45 AM the same morning.
It's gotten so bad, five neighbors are on an email list, poised to launch complaints to the cop shop when Jesse parties. They've tried talking to the dude, to no avail. Now they're reduced to calling his reps.
This has been going on for a long, long time. It appears 21-year-old Jess just doesn't care.

Well, Jesse just don't have much of a career either, so why not PARTAYIIIIIIIEEEEE!!!!!
And what do the police do about it? does it get turned down? The neighbors might consider talking to an attorney.

People like this that have absolutely NO consideration for the neighbors around them need to be put to sleep. It's ok to party up to a certain time but after that everybody needs to go home, IMO. Rich neighborhood or poor, I'm sure there are people that have to get up at a certain time for whatever reason. What if the area has ill people that need to get some rest? People need to seriously consider how they're affecting others with their stupid actions and not just think about what pleases them. Hopefully one of his neighbors will have this pearl of wisdom beaten into him since he's not up for a mature, logical talk.

They should videotape the parties and then sue him. It would be great to see him picking up trash on the side of the road.
Doesn't surprise me; I've met him twice and both times he was so rude! He's a jerk.
i just posted pics from some of his house parties and they got removed. hmmm i wonder who did. anonymous sources have told me that efron, sheckler, chace n ed (plus the rest of the gossip girl cast), some of the hsm cast (including vadgenessa, ashley titsdale and lucas whatshisface), miley's boy toy, and some other hollyweird twinks have shown up.
