They would file a lawsuit to make the other parent look bad in a custody dispute but as Kevin has sole custody there is no point but I have no doubt they got the hospital report tucked safely away for a future custody dispute. Eventually Britney is going to ask for her 50/50 custody back which means Kevin will no longer get child $upport. Then they will start fighting and this hospital incident will resurface. Wait and see!

5. Kevin Federline replys on Spears for money. You have not seen him jump starting a career. Federline still wants to be wined and dined, but with Spears money. He just got lucky, and Spears had the sons by him. If she ever retains sold custody, then write a review of the Federline!

Christi Brinkley is out filing lawsuits to keep her kids from watching TV at their dads; Denise Richards is filing one ridiculous suit after another; the evidence suggests they're both pissed off and using the kids in their war against the dads. Yet here we have a parent, keeping his head down, watching out for his children, making sure they have increasing mom time, and basically being a decent parent and human being and all people can do is scream at him about money? What a double standard we live in in this country.

You're absolutely correct. I've been saying that same thing for a long time now. I have respect for Federline. He could have made it Much worse for the Spears family. Britney's parents have said as much, and have added that Kevin has done everything possible to make sure the boys have time with their grandparents too. That's WAY more than my ex daughter-in-law does!

12. This story is b.s. because there are no grounds for a lawsuit. It is none of our business that their child regurgitated. This is the Fall season and flu germs thrive in airline cabins. Sometimes after traveling by air - it is not unusal for individuals of any age to experience nausea and whatever is in the stomach will suddenly fly out. Or, sometimes when children become over-stimulated from the excitment of a new enviornment, or perhaps eating certain food that does not agree with them - their body blows it out one way or the other. Their digestive system has not yet matured so they shouldn't be plied with lots of different food and treats. My grandmother used to have a rule of Four. No more than three different solid foods at a setting (meat or fish, vegetable, and buttered bread or cracker) and a beverage such as water, tomato juice, or milk at one meal. (no fruit juice) She raised 11 children; was the hands-on-grandmother of 55, and was the adoring great-grandmother of 8.

If it's all about money, money, money, then why isn't K-Fed making an issue, issue, issue about this?

In all the time that K-Fed has had custody, we have never seen him screwing up with the kids.

For that matter, what we're seeing here with Britney is a total non-issue. Babies get sick all the time. Taking the baby to the hospital when it's after-hours at the pediatrician's office is what responsible parents do. Few of you people who are dumping on Britney right now have ever had the responsibility of raising a real baby.
