Weak stomachs beware -- we just conjured up a photo of the mangled magician's finger that was allegedly lopped off by a malfunctioning Martha Stewart lounge chair ... and it's AWESOME!

Patrick Albanese is now suing Martha over his circumcised digit -- claiming he can't perform magic, play the banjo (part of his act) or be a hand model anymore. Patrick is also suing for the mental pain and suffering, and after seeing the picture, the dude has a point -- even though he can't.

I'm sure (almost) that the chair was a licensed product and Martha is only lending her name to the actually manufacturer. Maybe he should sue them instead of Martha.
It's all going to fall under the manufacturer's product liability insurance, which would routinely cover everybody involved as additional named insureds.
If you do not have the mental capacity to know not to put your fingers into the working mechanisims of a recliner, I doubt that you are very good at preforming a magic trick to begin with.
Heads up, the chairs were recalled because of incidents where people were getting hurt. Clearly it wasn't just this guy, but he must have the mose severly hurt.
He could perform the " Look at my finger disapear"act .... better yet... let you keep your nose
Jerry Garcia played the guitar wonderfully and he was missing part of a digit too.
Am I the only one who noticed that the picture is of a LEFT hand, though he supposedly injured the index finger on his RIGHT hand? I agree with the person who said that the hand doesn't look like that of a hand model.
I lost the top 2/3 of my little finger on a Martha Stewart lounge chair in 2003. Know how difficult it is to loose a part of your body to something like a chair.
Martha Stewart is the new O.J. .. she cut him. He survived, thank God! Was mark Furman seen anywhere? How about a dog with a plaintif wail?
