Brother, Can You Spare a Dollar?
Photogs snapped a genuine moment as the bloodless ghost of Kelly Osbourne graciously gave a dollar (one measly dollar) to a homeless man on the street yesterday.
Or is it the other way around?

5. i think that this shows her good side what people dont normally see. and even if it is a dollar its still helping that person in need. and about the color of her skin i am pale too. and that is nothing to be talked badly about.

15. What a lame attempt to make a story out of nothing. That's a dollar more than the guy had before he ran into Kelly Osborne. How many people stop and give the homeless anything? And that pale skin rocks. She's so beautiful compared to the leathery, liver-spotted, orange-spray painted melanoma freaks that L.A. is packed with.
