Remy Ma wants her lawyers to exercise her get out of jail card ... just in time for the holidays.
Remy's mouthpieces have filed for an appeal on her eight-year prison sentence for shooting a woman in the stomach outside of an NYC nightclub last year. Her attorneys claim the trial was riddled with mistakes by the judge. They want the lil' felon sprung in time for Xmas.
Remy always has maintained that the shooting was an "accident."

I think there should be another level of punishment. I really do beleive she is sorry for what she did. However, if they let her out she should be on probation for about 6-8 years, not allowed to leave the USA and she should pay a fine to the victim and travel from school to school telling children how very dangerous guns can be. I saw her before she went to jail and she was a mess ..... all torn up inside. She has a son who I think is being cared for by a relative. I beleive she deserves a second chance but if released early should have to make up for it in society. No drugs, drinking, staying w/in the USA, public speaking and the sorts ..... Also, I don't know how serious the shooting was .... from what I hear it was not severe ..... either way it was bad though ....

i feel bad for this lady...............but let that be a warning for all..........you should never have a fire-arm on you when your out drinking.............. someone or something might piss you off and you will not think rational and do something that can put you in jail.............she is lucky the person did not die..........and i cant understand why the people with her would allow her to carry a gun........its simply an accident waiting to happen.......
