Plaxico Burress has finally made a good decision -- by hiring the lawyer that got P. Diddy a unanimous "not guilty" in his 1999 gun case.
Burress is teaming up with Benjamin Brafman, who told us: "Yes I am representing him [Plaxico]." Ben also said Plaxico "may be surrendering to face charges. We are still discussing it."
Brafman helped Diddy skate on illegal weapons and bribery charges after a 1999 shooting inside a Manhattan club -- when Diddy had Jennifer Lopez in tow -- that was witnessed by over 50 people.

Way to go Plex! I have a room all ready for you! HA HA Jack @$$ Your turn now dud(e)!!
dont worry about it brother, we in the white house now. Aint no more chance of us getting screwed in court, you'll do just fine
Rick,
I hate to burst your bubble---but I doubt Obama would even wanna be associated with this low-life.
Diddy obviously didn't get screwed by the system if he beat a case with 100 witnesses..............it wasn't about black or white- it was about money.
I hope he gets what he deserves...some quality time in jail.
Rick-
I hope you ain't black. You can't be serious, think coz Obama is in office we blacks can get away with crap like this. If anything things are worse. Plax deserves whats coming to him. He needs to grow up and deal with his issues. And you can't compare him to Diddy. Diddy works for Diddy, Plax works for the NFL and Giants. He might not serve time but he'll definitely serve a suspension. And from the looks of today's game, and other games he missed - them Giants can do without Plax. Just release him. Making 9 million a year, they can get two great receiver. Send him to Dallas, let Jerry Jones deal with him.
