What goes around will come around, Harvey:
1. The escalator that normally goes in a downward direction is turned off.
2. Brit and crew are directed to walk up that escalator by F.A.O. Schwarz security.
3. Someone accidentally turns the escalator on, and it starts moving downward again.
4. The escalator is turned off again.
5. The Brit entourage talk to F.A.O. Schwarz security to make sure it won't be turned on again.
6. They are convinced that this won't happen, and they then walk up the escalator.
The only person who was stupid in this case was the idiot who turned the escalator on.
... well, the other people who are stupid are those who think that this story has anything to do with Britney's intelligence.

I'm sure she called the paps ahead of time to get photos of her with the kids. Just a publicity stunt, and she will use those kids to sell her music. She looked happier the other night by herself. And what's with the sunglasses indoors? Does she have a hangover or what? No wonder SHE's not carrying those poor children. She looks dazed and the kids look like they don't even know who she is.
