The Los Angeles District Attorney has decided not to pursue charges against Brad Garrett for his brush with the paparazzi last month.
According to documents, the D.A. felt the photog in question "attempted to provoke a violent reaction from [Garrett] ... by using hostile and derogatory language."
While they admit there was contact between Garrett and the photog during the November 11 incident in West Hollywood, the D.A. deemed it minimal and said "the interests of justice do not support the filing of criminal charges.

Brad's butt should be sitting in a jail cell!!! Celebs think they can get away with anything just because of their name. He attacked the pap for NO REASON. If Brad was anyone else, that person would be in jail. If you want the fame, you gotta deal with the paps and everything else that comes with it!!

I hope Brad Garrett landed a nice punch on that loser. The dirtbag, wussy snapping pics and talking smack with his ghetto-lingo, and nappy head SHOULD have got his a$$ beat that night, but Mr Garrett was playing fair, and just trying to go home with his girl. Every time Garrett tried to end it and walk away, the nappy-pappi kept running his mouth. What a coward to act sheepish eye to eye, and then shout insults when Garrett walked away, and had his back to him! Coward loser! So glad to see the judge denied his request, and did not let that parasite sue mr garrett. Looks like the Nappy-pappi wont be able to get his dream of a lawsuit settlement. Instead of telling his loser friends about "Mo' money" he will have to settle for "No money!!! LMMFAO !!!!

I feel so sorry for the Paps. I mean why are they not allowed to be complete nuisances blocking peoples paths, knocking people down, breaking into houses.
