Dr. Jan Adams, the non-board certified plastic surgeon who operated on Kanye West's mother the day before she died, has been sentenced to one year in jail after rolling over to a charge he drove super drunk last year.
Adams pleaded no contest to one misdemeanor count of DUI over an incident in the Bay Area last June where he was caught driving the wrong way on a freeway with a blood alcohol level of .20 -- more than twice the legal limit.
Adams will receive eight days credit toward his sentence from the time he served right after he was arrested.

Yeah, anytime a black person does something wrong and they get punished for it, it's racism. Tell your story to someone else. People with a brain know better.If you're so drunk you don't know which way to drive on the road, then you deserve to be in jail. And it looks like he should have worked on his own face and left Kanye's moms alone. No punishement for what he did to her? Unbelievable.

As much as I dislike Kanye West as a performer, "artist", and over all celebrity, I sure hope he is able to exact some measure of justice on this murdering Quack. I know prosecutions of doctors for criminal malpractice take quite a while, years; first the board of med has to strip them, they have to gather a lot of convoluted, jargon filled evidence and some how put it together for a jury to understand.

I dont know much about this guy, but why does he get a year, when this is the norm for all the movie stars, and they run people over with cars? None of them have done more than a month of jail time, and most dont do anytime. Seems tainted in Hollywood.
