Former "NYPD Blue" star Nick Turturro can't even get arrested in this town.

The 46-year-old was pulled over and cuffed/patted down by members of the West Hollywood Sheriff's department on Wednesday, but was later released with a smile and a handshake.

The incident appears to be a case of mistaken identity. "Don't you know who I was?!"

16. "down on you knee'z...now!!!"sorry,but im having flashback'z of all my run in'z with bacca boyz.....west hollwood iz only 2 & half sqare mile'z so they got nuthin to do but harass'z everybody...kinda like the shrivalsport pd.......
