arent their any photographers out there that actually know the celebrities movies or some trivia about them? i mean its Tim friggin Curry. nothing else but....arent you the bad guy in movies. what a loser!
To those clueless twits whose knowledge of "celebrity" apparently doesn't extend beyond the likes of "The Hills" and Paris Hilton...Tim Curry is a cult hero, a three-time Tony Award nominee, a fantastic actor and singer, and a true class act. All of which probably explains why you haven't heard of him.
to all you lame-brain'z who dont know who tim curry iz...when you get all growed up & can stay up past midnight,go see "the rocky horror picture show" & you will feel for him like we all do.....then check out time in "gone with the wind" & he kill'z in "casablaca" and az forest in "forest gunp"....he' a american icon!!!now go do your home work!!!
My heart swells up with joy every time I see this sweet man! He justs gets better with time, a class act.
Wow, he's aged to perfection! I loved him in RHPS but CLUE he was adorable too! Glad I dropped by this site. After all these years that man is still hot! I'm 29 and would soooooo date him (if I weren't taken already) lol. I could probably be pursuaded if he brought out the high heels and stockings ;)
The celebrity hound sure made a fool of himself, didn't he? Overlooking his rudeness in approaching someone in traffic, he wasted the time allotted because he didn't even know who he was talking to. Why bother someone when you don't even know their name? Tim Curry is far more than the role of Frank N. Furter he played in Rocky Horror more than 30 years ago (although he was fabulous in that). Look him up on imdb dot com and you'll see a very long list of accomplishments in the films and TV. Some of the notable characters he has played that you might recognize: Pennywise the Clown in Stephen King's IT; Cardinal Richelieu in The Three Musketeers (the 1993 version with Kiefer Sutherland and Charlie Sheen); Mr. Hector, the hotel concierge in Home Alone 2; Dr. Petrov in The Hunt for Red October; and The Lord of Darkness in Legend. He does an enormous amount of voice acting work for television and audiobooks, as well. He recently played King Arthur in Spamalot on Broadway and in the West End (London). In the late 70's and early 80's, he recorded three rock albums.
He's a very intelligent, well-read man. Too bad the "interviewer" didn't have the smarts to challenge him with some thoughtful questions.
Absolutely in love with the man. MTV should really not remake The Rocky Horror Picture show. That makes me sad.
