2nd-He never contacted Oprah to ask her if she would want the seat, he was on the spot & just threw out the 1st name that came to mind because Diane kept asking for names.

Diddy or Jessie Jackson, or Al Sharpton, or Al Franken, or Jamie foxx anytime ANY ISSUE comes up that appears to slant the black race!! Sure Oprah did her part for Katrina victims, but does anyone recall her doing anything for the hurricane victims in NORTH CAROLINA??? Nooo she was busy building, funding, and brainwashing a bunch of little girls in AFRICA at her OWN school... polishing them to be Oprah wannabes!!! Only thing she does with her multi-mega-millions in the states is buy the oval office, and treat the "poor little people" on her show with "her FAVORITE things" every year.. and DO NOTE, that she always includes the price tag for every item she gives?? One more point.. If Oprah is all about the enpowerment of WOMEN, ..then why didn't she toss her support behind Hilary Clinton in the Presidential campaign? yeaaa.. that's what I thought too.

45. Truth be told. Oprah is a talk show host, subprime hour. And, not thanks to her brain power, but to her Advisors. MS Winfrey is not clever, intelligent or astute enough to assume any political role. She may have done well, on the talk show circuit, with the assisstance of her advisors, but to translate that into political competence, is ludicrous. I would rather then, put my trust in Pee Wee Herman. who in actuality probably, has a higher I.Q. Oprah has done well with mediocre fodder: diets, book of the month club, celebrity gossip, but higher intellect, political strategy............ making political decisions that affect the American people's lives......................spare me. I am not a diet, or a 3rd rate book............& cannot give credence to Minnie Mouse Oprah...more like Little Lotta. I trust brain power, not black power.
