I think that since Miley has been dating and she has a boyfriend that she should promote safe sex .. hell yea!! There is too little education about condoms on. I think people need to be reminded that sex is a serious thing .. at any age. It is important as it is serious. If you are using any condom it is better than nothing at all. Miley is 16 and needs to start acting like it. Just because she is a 'big star' does not mean her parents should let her do what she wants. WHY do they let her date a 21 yr old underwear model?????
