Asking Patricia Clarkson if she's "Seen any dead people lately?" isn't as creepy as her reaction made it appear. Our guy just thought she was actually "Sixth Sense" star Toni Collette.

At first, I thought your photogs, cellphone video "journalists" were dumb as bricks,but now I see they intentionally ask people they think they recognize from movies or tv stupid questions.
After all, TMZ must post something new every five minutes, whether it's relevant or interesting at all.

5. As often as TMZ photogs misidentify celebrities, I wonder why they still have their job. Isnt it their JOB to KNOW who these people are? And if they're not sure, whey do the open their mouths and shove their feet so far down their throat??
