5. Wasn't he on Trick or Treat? That movie about the dead rock star that comes back on Halloween? Gene Simmons was the radio DJ that played the album at midnight...

7. anyone who loves cheesy 80's metal movies, should watch Trick Or Treat, starring Marc Price!!!! When i first saw it way back when, I was like OMG Skippy as a headbanger - AWESOME! and it totally is...
i personally LOVE the movie, and the killer soundtrack....and the cameos by Gene Simmons and Ozzy....soooo good!

9. OMG hh! I am with you! I had typed up the same thing and it didn't post! I LOVED that movie Trick or Treat and your right, the soundtrack was AWESOME! I had the cassette tape - LOL!
And I forgot about the Ozzy cameo! I remember Gene Simmons as the DJ that played - what was his name?? Was it Sammy?? (the dead guy that came back - totally pulling from memory bank now...) Anyway played the album at midnight that started it all.

12. The rock star in trick or treat was Sammy Kurr, the soundtrack was by Fastway, that movie gave me a mysterious feeling around Halloween, and I have a copy on dvd and it still rocks!!!!!!!!!

13. I met him in the early 1990s when I worked for a radio station and he came by to promote his comedy show. In person the guy is really handsome and very nice.

14. Actually Marc Price has had a succesful career as a producer/creator of programming since Family Ties. He created and produced National Lampoon's Funny Money for the Gameshow Network, Comedians Unleashed for Animal Planet, Star Dates for E! network, had a credit on an NBC primetime special on the Improv cluds. He also did some kind of hidden camera cooking show, and more and had several pilots shot. He's a successful and popular standup comic to this day. Last I knew he had two hot girlfriends and a place in the Hollywood Hills with a view to die for.
He was great in Family Ties, great in Trick or Treat, and is generally well regarded by the industry as a comedy talent and also as a creator/producer. And to truly differentiate him from other former sitcom stars, he's never held up a 7-11 at gunpoint!
