7. As usual, the TMZ chimpanzees are trying to make something out of nothing. He's selling his other homes because, like eveyrone in this crappy economy, reserves are where it's at. Having 3 homes that you don't live in, paying insurance & taxes (and maybe mortgage payments) makes no sense. So, why not sell them & make your cashflow better?

Just because he's rich doesn't mean he has to act stupid with his money...
