A judgment was entered in Heche's divorce from Coleman Laffoon on March 4, meaning they are officially divorced.
TheyΩ get 50/50 custody of Homer. Anne has to pay Coleman $3,700 a month in child support. Anne is also paying Coleman a lump sum of $515,000.
It's the end of one of the nastiest divorces ever, with Anne accusing Coleman of various pornographic escapades.

He's not getting alimony. He got a settlement for the assets accrued during their marriage. And when one parent makes a lot more money than the other, they pay child support so the child can have a similar standard of living at both parental homes.
