Kim Kardashian is all hot and bothered by a new porno about to hit the market -- but not in the good way.
Sources tell TMZ the entire Kardashian family is "taking legal action" against Hustler Entertainment after learning about the XXX spoof of their reality show which the smut peeps creatively titled, "Keeping it Up For the KardASSians."
We're also told the people at E! Entertainment are also considering their legal options -- it might be because the signature "whistly theme song" in the porno sounds awfully similar to the one in the show.
FYI -- Kim also took legal action when the porno that she actually starred in came out back in 2007 -- but nothing ever came of that ... so to speak.

How can she sue when they name is only a likeness of their last name? I mean all Hustler would have to do is place a disclaimer before the movie starts and that should stop the law suit. Great comment, TMZ, Kim has a history of suing the porn industry. Isn't that why E! gave them the reality show? Wasn't it bc they leaked the tape online and made her a D-listers' name?
