Gordon Ramsay is a hack. A pathetic loser of a chef who has to have his production company invent scenarios for his dumba** shows. He is a disgrace to his profession and his skills hardly make him worthy of being a line cook, let along a chef. He is a blowhard who, as is the case with most of these blowhards, only got noticed because he was willing to look the fool on TV.
Bobby Flay came from the streets, made a serious reputation for himself as a chef before becoming a TV personality. Publications and critics that would puke at the thought of ingesting anything Ramsay makes, admire Bobby as a true genius in the cooking world.
When someone doesn't like Ramsay's cooking he goes mental on them and blames them for not appreciating the defecation he put in front of them. When someone doesn't like something Flay makes, Bobby hears them out and explains his point of view; which is usually right.

He studied under White, Robuchon, Roux, Savoy. Not that these names would mean anything to you. You don't know jack about the restaurant industry. What has Flay ever done besides put poblano and ancho in everything?

I don't watch Food Network anymore. All the real talent has moved on and there are too many reruns. I recently watched an episode where the "Food Network" stars talk about their best meals ever. Only, I didn't recognize a SINGLE person on that show. And I thought it was sad that Food Network tried to dupe the public. Stars like Bobby Flay, Giada, Rachel Ray, etc. struggled to build that network. Now, they just hire newcomers and their stars? No way food network. They have to EARN that role. But, they're all boring, the new shows. I just lost interest in the whole network.
