UPDATE -- TMZ spoke to a translator at the Turkish Bureau of Tourism who told us the video is actually pretty funny, if you speak Turkish. Apparently there is even a Clinton/Lewinsky joke. Those funny Turks!

This is a silly attempt at laughs. Whatever. Nothing to get riled up about, but it is offensive.
I always laugh when people say President Obama isn't Black. Yes, he is. He may not be fully African American, he may have a mixed background, but he is fully Black.
He is just as Black as Bob Marley, Halle Berry, Frederick Douglass, Lenny Kravitz, and countless others... You don't have to have 2 Black parents in order to be Black...DUHHHHHHH!!
