David Caruso Sued by Baby Mama

David CarusoDavid Caruso is being sued by a woman who claims the "CSI Miami" star jilted her.

Liza Marquez claims she met David on the "CSI" set in 2004 and began dating soon thereafter. She says in her lawsuit filed in L.A. County Superior Court that Caruso told her he loved her and would never leave her. She says he gave her a ring, with promises of more to come.

They began living together and he allegedly promised he would provide for her in return for her services as a homemaker and confidante. They had two kids together, and in October, 2007, upon the birth of the second child, David broke up with her.

Liza says Caruso agreed to pay her a cool $1 mil plus attorneys fees, but has reneged.

Liza says he threatened to "bury her" if she pursued the matter. She's suing him for fraud, breach of their settlement agreement, and emotional distress.

3. I have never understood his continued success, he is rude, arrogant and just plain butt ugly, he looks like a pale, uncooked fish belly...gross!

6. Oh we're SUING people now who break up with us? This should clog up the court system even more. Hey, my high school boyfriend said he'd love me forever, and he DIDN'T!! I'm gonna sue!!! Come to think of it, when I was little my mom promised me I'd grow up and find Mr. Right and I DIDN'T! She LIED to me! I'm going to sue her ass too.

8. It just amazes me that any woman finds this guy attarctive, and enough to actually sleep with him at least twice. She was probably in it for the money anyway.

12. Wasn't Caruso married when he started seeing Liza Marquez? I believe so. He eneded a 7 year marriage for that woman. He fathered two children with her and now doesn't want to help her out financially? I hope he at least takes care of those two little kids he has with Ms. Marquez, but seriously, what the $#@ was she thinking getting involved with a married man to begin with? She probably thought he would help her "career in acting".
