I barley know who this guy is- but i know the story of the crash- and from what i read & saw on tv, nick never held a gun to johnny's head and told him to get in... he knew his buddy had been drinking and he VOLUNTARILY got in the car. get off his d***.

He is a total joke in the industry of racing... funny tid bits.. he was holding ticket to the event an i guess he thought he had VIP tickets sitting in front of the judges tower... when he tried to get in , the security told him... "Oh.. you cant sit here... this is VIP... your seat is over there"... which is at geneeral admission tickets.. which was far from the action.. we were cracking up.. anyways.. enough said,,,

I AGREE WITH WHATEVER... HE KNEW WHAT HE WAS DOING AND THERE IS A POINT WHEN YOU STOP MAKING EXCUSES AND BLAMING OTHERS... NICK HAS DONE HIS TIME, I AM SURE JAIL ISN'T FUN. Actually, while Nick should not have been driving like that, John knew what was up when he got into the passenger seat. He also knew that he should have had on a seat belt like Nick did. John mad a decision to get in so he has to pay the price.

John should have had a seat belt on. His injuries are as much his own fault as Nick's. "Buckel-Up, It's The Law" is the slogan in Florida. Get off Hogans ass. Nick had a seat belat on and ended up with a broken arm.

John should have had his seatbelt on. It was his choice to not wear a seatbelat. Nick had a seatbelt on and ended up with a broken arm. Don't paint Nick as a villian. The law in Florida dictates all drivers and passangers wear a seat belt so John was actually breaking the law.
