Barack Obama wants change -- his top economic advisor just wants a nap.
Lawrence Summers, Director of the White House's National Economic Council, was caught dozing off during a meeting with credit card officials on Thursday.
Looks like someone needs a more stimulating stimulus plan...

13. Obama is a joke, since taking office he has done a bunch of nothing. All the stupid people that voted for him are even funnier then him. Now America is seeing the true inexperience that was being spoke of from the moment he declared himself a candate. Next time people vote with your brain not your emotions.
