oh my gosh you freaks, LOOK AT THE PICTURE. yeah, it's a different guy taking the picture, but look IN THE POLICE CAR. jamie is there making a peace sign, and THE COP IS NEXT TO HIM MAKING A PEACE SIGN. if you look closely, you see another body bent down on the right next to jamie. that's the COP. give me a break people. nobody owes anyone an apology if you'd just look at the picture and see what tmz is talking about!!

Morons, take the time to look at the video and you will see that the cop(black man) stopped a pedestrian(white man) and asked him if he could take a picture of him and Jaime Fox! So yes, TMZ is correct

First of all dum dums, the cop is not black. Second, doesn't it seem a little un-profesional for the LAPD to be taking the time out of their taxpayer paid time to be getting autographs & pictures like a star struck 12 year old girl. And third, if Foxx did pay for this escort service, what a waste of money it is to hire a rented cop to keep other gawkers away only to be gawked by the guy he paid. Wow my head is spining.

You guys above me are idiots. If you watched the video you would have seen the cop hand the camera to the white guy in the suit showing him how to use then. Now the cop is kinda kneeling next to Jamie inside the car turned around and smiling for the camera.
