It's been over 30 years since she played a teen prostitute, but Brooke Shields is still a pretty baby.

Here's the 16-year-old back in 1981(left) -- and 28 years later, the 43-year-old version at an event in Hollywood this week (right).

Who wouldn't headbutt a fashion designer for her?!

3. Brooke Shields is so gorgeous. Her nose looks thinner in the recent picture, but maybe it's just the lighting or something. Surely she didn't have a nosejob because she's completely beautiful in the early picture too. Either way, she was stunnlingly beautiful back then and still is today. I also think she's a good role model - she's smart as well as beautiful, and like Jodie Foster and others, put her acting career on hold to attend college, I think she went to Princeton.

7. Uhm, TMZ i think you guys have failed again. I say it's neither. She's not ugly at all but she's not aging that perfectly good either. She used to be stunningly gorgeous, and is aging let's say normally. In the cover of "More" magazine she was hugely and unfairly photoshopped all over cause that's not the way she really looks now.

11. Very good genes. Same laugh lines and her teeth are shaped the same as 1981. She has taken good care of herself.
