Dane Cook's Sister-in-Law Busted

Dane CookStealing from Dane Cook allegedly runs in the family.

With his brother Daryl McCauley already facing charges for allegedly embezzling millions from the "comedian," McCauley's wife Erika was arrested today as well.

According to the Attorney General's office in Massachusetts, Erika will be arraigned today on charges of larceny by scheme and receiving/concealing stolen property."

Daryl was charged back in March with eight counts of larceny over $250, forgery and larceny by continuous scheme. According to prosecutors, McCauley once forged a $3 million check written from Cook's account to himself.

5. at the end of the day....................... you are better off watching out for your own money. family or no family, people get greedy, sometimes resentful when they "wrork" for you; so they decide to give themselves a little "bonus$$" here and there; its so typical. hire a cpa firm to handle your money and just keep track of things. sometimes entertainers aren't into the business side of the "business" but they ought to be. a fool and his money are soon parted.

11. How appropriate you put the word comedian in quotes. Dane Cook is much more of a douchebag than a comedian. I hope his family steals every last dime and Dane has to beg for change for the bus. I know I wouldn't p*** in his mouth if it were on fire. Useless butthole.
