THIS MAKES PERFECT SENSE! NOW I KNOW WHY THE DOCTOR PANICKED. HE PUT MJ TO SLEEP AND THEN DIDN'T MONITOR HIM LIKE HE WAS SUPPOSED TO. THAT IS WHY HE WENT IN HIS BEDROOM TO CHECK ON HIM. HE MOST LIKELY MADE MJ PAY A PRETTY PENNY FOR THIS DRUG AND BY GIVING IT TO HIM HE WAS LIKE SOME KIND OF HERO. I SAY THROW HIS A$$ IN JAIL!!

It is illegal for a health care professional to give information on a patient they treated. HIPPA violation clearly.

For speaking to the media and give detailed conversations that were between her and a patient, she will lose her lisence. She didn't even go to authorities as of last night when she was being interviewd on CNN Larry King and Anderson Cooper. She is so not allowed to speak of someone who was a patient, the law pertains to nurses, or anyone in the healthcare profession.

To all the people who think MJ didn't want to be black and was trying to become white (and who won't believe his skin lightening was caused by vitiligo), please note how many African-Americans he employed and kept in his inner-circle! The doctor, the nurse, the nanny, and I'm sure the list goes on. These are important positions that require both intelligence and trustworthiness and I think it says volumes about his feelings about African-Americans and should silence those who thinks he wanted to be white.

This "nurse" has violated a person's right to privacy, whether alive or deceased. I am ashamed she is a nurse. You never, ever divulge a patient's health or medical situation, especially medications to the public!!??!! I hope the Jackson family SUES her and that her RN license is stripped.

It’s very telling that this lady went to the media before the authorities. That seems to happen a lot. People know if they go to the police or an attorney they will be told to keep quiet. They are not seeking justice or acting out of good intentions to help the person in question or to help the investigation. They want their face on TV. I have no respect for them, and no respect for CNN or TMZ. They are essentially prostitutes, selling cheap news on every corner.

You only get this drug from an anesthesiologist or someone has to steal it out of the OR and onlysomeone who had access to the locked drug cabinet.
You can not get this drug from a pharmacy nor can a regular doctor prescribe this drug.
The drug can't be injected it can only be given through an IV
It is amazing that a network like CNN would not verify information before having someone on a show that is clearly making up stuff to get on TV.

Hillary, you represent what we believe the medical community to be. This lady clearly cannot disclose private interaction with a patient. I hope she loses her lisence for what she did. Self serving at best by getting her face on every media outlet this morning and still hadn't spoken with authorities.

For everyone who said she should have gone public with his request when he first asked for a possibly deadly drug, she couldn't. There is something called doctor patient confidentiality. If she had said anything to the media he could have sued her and she could have lost her license for breaking that confidence. I give her credit for not giving him the medicine in the first place. She did the right thing by refusing him. It's just too bad that he didn't listen to her. He listened to the doctor who told him what he wanted to hear rather than the one who actually told him the truth. It's very sad.

For going public after his demise she can get sued by his estate, lose her license and as Hillary said get ostracized by the public fans as well as the medical community. Confidentiality dead or alive you cannot break the laws of medical confidentiality. The estate will sue her no doubt and I bet by this evening or tomorrow she will stop talking cause she will have been spoken to by someone about what she did by opening her mouth to begin with and not reporting it to the authorities. Not even the police are revealing anything so how can this nurse who claims to be a RN publically speak. If they were allowed to break the law and speak publically, how many personell would have come forward already. She is disgusting piece of trash and has no business calling herself a nurse.

This woman is completely violating privacy laws for medical personell. HIPAA (Health Information Portability & Accountability Act) violations occur even when the patient is dead. This is Michael Jackson's private medical information and she does not have the right to discuss it with anyone, especially the media. I answer phones at a medical clinic and I would lose my job for doing this, she should lose her license.

Talking about patients without their consent is a huge HIPAA violation. She is a nurse practitioner. She should know better. Her website says she's a physician assistant but if you check the NCCPA website, she is not even certified. She is not a naturopath doctor either. Check her website for her credentials. The Board of Registered Nursing in California needs to investigate her.
