Jane Kaczmarek is making a power grab for her three kids -- this according to divorce papers she filed against her husband of 16 years, actor Bradley Whitford.
In Jane's response to Bradley's filing, she checked the little box saying she wants full physical custody of the kiddies.

Filing for sole physical custody does NOT mean there's something wrong with the other parent; most divorcing couples do this, one parent has sole phyysical custody and maintains the primary residence for the kids (the other has visitation) but they maintain joint legal custody. Joint custody used to be in vogue but it's been shown that all that moving back and forth is too disruptive for the children.
