Ewww she's gross. So plain and overweight. Doesn't look like his type at all. All the girls he's been romantically connected to are very pretty. All she was to MJ was a high priced surrogate. I don't think he loved her at all. He probably liked her as a friend but that's all. As soon as she wouldn't or couldn't have anymore kids she got the boot!

Seriously though...... she's literally telling the judge that she really doesn't want these kids by these actions. I don't think she's all that mentally stable. I am not sure they would be any better off with her than with Joe Jackson.

I want Debbie Rowe to get custody of the kids. Two of them are hers! I hope the judge in the custody case follows the law. Debbie can give the Jacksons frequent access to the kids. Katherine Jackson deserves a rest.

A paragraph from Michael and Debbie Rowes divorce decree
According to the settlement, Rowe was at first awarded visitation once every 45 days. The visitation had to be between the hours of 10 a.m. to 7 p.m. and supervised by a nanny. However, if Jackson was âincapacitatedâ for longer than three weeks, Rowe was allowed to take charge of the children.
She has yet to decide if she wants custody now that he has died.
Now remember- granting guardianship in a will is simply a "I would prefer"
But is NOT Legal binding - CHILDREN are not PROPERTY so they can't just be given like that..
BUT on the other hand The divorce decree is a LEGAL, BINDING contract !!!
and he clearly states in the decree "If I am incapacitated for more than 3 weeks Rowe
can take control of the children.
This puts a complete new spin on the custody case...

It's obvious that Debbie Rowe has had a hard life. The years working for that creepy "Arnie" were not kind to her. Looks like she sacrified a lot for that ugly ole "Dr." of death. If people are going to put words in her mouth by repeatedly saying that she will ask for her kids there's no telling what else they will do ... she's right to warn they will get a cap in their asses. So far she hasn't asked for anything but he privacy...do we all remember privacy?
