Secretary of State Hillary Clinton is looking to raise her profile this week with a major foreign-policy speech -- too bad she can't raise her right arm.
Clinton is finally back in action after breaking her elbow in a fall June 17.

5. i feel badly that she broke her arm. but find the department of state logo on her sling the most rediculous of ideas and concepts. which staffer came up with this way to further reduce the dignity of secretary of state? or was it her idea? may her arm heal, and will someone inside the beltway turn turn on the common sense switch and loose the sling patch. thank you
