Amanda Beard knows where Godaddy.com can go -- straight to court.
Beard, who used to be the pitchwoman for the site, has filed a lawsuit claiming Godaddy.com unlawfully exploited her name and image on the site without permission -- after the two agreed to part ways.
We don't know what caused the break up between the two, but a current check of Godaddy.com shows no signs of a Beard.
Nonetheless, Amanda is seeking unspecified damages. A rep for Godaddy.com says the suit is a crock.

Sorry, my memory banks are rusty on this one, but I seem to recall an Amanda Beard in some sort of weird, pressing legality from long long ago, so do you think it's the same one?
I also heard that Michael Jackson never injected Debbie Rowe with anything, Amy Winehouse has changed some lyric to "overdue, overdue, overdue" from "no, no, no", and that someone's been seen moonwalking to the variety stores in a remote area of Thailand recently. Kind of weird there, too!
