UMMM, Lycan, watch his most recent interview, he has trained in on and off for years, and Lou is awesome, he looks really good for his age, and the reason arnold doesn't look great anymore is because he no longer works out, his muscle has turned to flab, he is a governor, so probably doesn't have much time

my sister met him one time at a convention and she was his assistant for the day... he made her carry his suitcases... brutal...

I just watched the video and noticed something weird. I noticed his car is parked in a handicapped spot. I mean, I know he is deaf, but come on. He's able to walk to and from his vehicle a lot better than some. Am I wrong to even think that?

Listen to me carefully. Its a well known admitted fact, during the 70's when Arnie and Lou trained, they took steroids (mostly in pill form...not injections) - in those days taking a steroid pill from a medical trainer was not illegal and was like taking supplements/vitamins from a health food store. Steroids did not have the negative press culture like they have today. Also, these guys only took them in moderation and then were off them for many years (unlike todays musclemen). Look at how todays gorilla men look - compared to the 70's
