An interesting turn in the Michael Jackson investigation. Several items were seized at Dr. Conrad Murray's Houston office -- "Pamphlets on Sleep Center."
We're told Jackson may have taken the powerful anesthesia Propofol the day he died because he couldn't sleep. Police believe Dr. Murray may have administered the drug.
The Sleep Center is located near Doctor's Hospital in Houston. Dr. Murray was suspended from Doctor's Hospital -- the administrator tells us he believes the doctor was suspended for not completing medical records in a timely fashion.
As for Dr. Murray's affiliation with the Sleep Center -- a rep from the company hung up when we told them we were TMZ.

Obviously, the doctor is guilty of administering the Propofol to MJ. Only question now is how the LAPD will prove the link. Conrad's going to jail and all the sordid details will come out in the trial. It's hard to believe that nobody in Jackson's entourage reported to the police or any kind of health authority that MJ had been using anesthesia to sleep. Seems kind of obvious that's illegal and dangerous. I guess that's what the blind following the blind is all about.

ALL Michael wanted to do was SLEEP and these DOCs took advantage of him. IT'S SAD!
I have a question - If Michael was helping his mother and she was on social security- wouldnt she have to report the income? Anyway- I hope whoever caused his death - I hope they go to prison
To all the people who say who cares and enough already kiss my a**. There are other alternatives if you are not interested in this story. Keep the posts coming TMZ.
Can we please get a different picture of Conrad Murray, what is up with that?
WTF?? Sleep drug?? Propofol is used for conscience sedation, 2-3 minute sedation max. Its used in Emergency rooms to reduce a dislocated shoulder for example. The patient comes too in under 5 minutes. DO YOUR HOmEWORK TmZ
Was he planning on treating MJ's sleep disorder? What I don't understand is why MJ did not seek out Doctors who
specialized in pain management and in sleep disorders instead he relied on his plastic surgeon and this Dr. for treatments, it sounds like he really did not want to address these problems or maybe he was just using the disorders as an excuse to self medicate and have his doctor of choice medicate him. But never really sought out doctors who could really help him with these issues.
Good job TMZ - the pit bull of news stories. Don't let go of this one (michael jackson saga).
