Shia Rebuffs the Law

Shia LeBeouf on a motorcycle ... let's review. He already has a bum hand from his horrible accident a year ago Monday. So riding a scooter in Sherman Oaks yesterday is just plain risky. Add to that riding without a helmet -- a legal no no in California. Add to that Shia's license was suspended for a year because he refused to take a chemical test after the crash.

2. That looks more like a scooter, I don't know about Cali, but a lot of states have different laws governing scooters.

Since you posted the photos online, Shia can now face legal charges. TMZ should be helping their celebs and not hurting them, Celebs put food on ur table and cash in ur pocket.
