People making rude comments about a dead person are SICK SICK SICK! I hope your family members never die in this way and people bash them! RUDE NASTY PEOPLE!!! THIS WHY I HATE BEING AROUND MOST PEOPLE!!!

I truely hope her mother can find peace. She was a great soul and it's very unfortunate what happened to her. My heart goes out to her friends and family

She definitely had a neat personality. The end of that video though... wasn't so flattering, but she was upset, so, you gotta cut her some slack. Our thoughts and prayers are with her family.

Alexis was my favorite audition ever! I am sad to hear about what happened to her, may she rest in peace. How people can say such awful things about the dead is amazing to me. Grow up.

She sounded pretty good to me. With more training she'd improve.
I didn't care for Randy's comments. Made him seem like a jerk!

She should have tried for Reality tv. She'd have done well.

YES it is hurtful they way the contestants are often stared down like they pieces of dirt. She lived in poverty and was young enough to have hopes.......and rich-bitch Simon needs to realize that people often come from far away, {it takes a lot of effort to get there}, and do not have the lifestyle or resources he has. So yes, he has a lot of nerve being pissy. Simon is not really progressing spiritually. He wouldn't sit there on his throne if he was. OK, sometimes you have to wonder why some of these people think they will succeed, but don't humiliate them............................................

She was kind to animals, wanted to be a vet, she was good at drawing {she could have sold those drawings she made], and wanted to succeed in life. So she got upset, wouldn't you ?

This is awful news. I feel so sorry for her mother. I can't imagine my son being killed in this, or any other way. She must be devestated. God rest her soul.

All of you "do-gooders" out there need to get over yourselves. So someone died. It doesn't make her have talent nor class. People die daily... it's the cycle of life. Hold some pressure on that bleeding heart of yours and get over it. The pathetic display that she made was enough to make any decent person cringe and it was not that of someone who was mentally stable! I highly doubt she was under the influence of drugs, but she absolutely needed to be medicated! And it didn't hurt anything for the AI panel of judges to tell her that she was talentless... it's a talent competition... she had no talent. What else were you hoping for? At least they're wise enough to administer honesty and not fall victim to the need to make everyone feel good about themselves! Some things in life are just a matter of fact. This is one of them!

I went to high school with Alexis...though she was 2 or 3 grades younger than me, I remember her well. She had a vibrant personality and performing was her passion. The girl had guts and drive...she was once booed off the stage in a talent show for singing the wrong words to a Jewel song. After the audience being harshly reprimanded by a teacher, she returned to the stage and began her performance again, this time finishing it. Though I obviously see someone eccentric in these AI clips, I also see someone with a passion for life, a love for animals and a bond with family (mother). May those positive memories of Alexis live on and may Alexis live in peace.
