As part of his plea deal, Chris Brown is supposed to stay 50 yards away from Rihanna -- but last night he got dangerously close, driving right by her in his SUV as she ate inside Cipriani's in NYC.
She didn't invite him in for dinner.

TMZ why didn't you emntion he was having dinner across the street??? why woulkd he want dinner when he just ate. He not worrying about her and moving on with his life. He made a horrible mistake and is paying for it. If rihanna wanted him in jail she would of press charges against him. @ 4...you are so right TMZ from the beginning like other media outlets made a stand againist this kid. Why didn't you post the article that Rihanna's publist said about the "concidence" hotel possible run-in. She stated that Rihanna KNEW and had no problem with Chris being at the same hotel. She also stated when asked " is Chris and Rihanna still together" she answered, HA. Chris arrived at the hotel on Thursday and Rihanna checked in Friday from her flight from London...once Chris realized she checked in he checked out. Please people stop getting all your information from TMZ and stop letting the media give half truths on this matter.Chris and Rihanna needs help and they fought each other that night and they both grew up in abusvie homes. Enough already because one day your children will make a mistake and you as a parent is going to want mercy for them and you may not get it because of you judgment towards others....the media need to let these two live their lives already.

#6, If you've been paying attention at all, which I highly doubt you have at all by your stand on the situation, it has been made public that he is now getting help for this problem and was doing so even before he was ordered to in court. A mistake: In a fit of anger he takes it out on her violently. You're right, it's not a simple mistake like giving someone the wrong change. The decision he made when in the situation was a mistake. It happens, people do stupid things and sometimes at the cost of another person, but if no one ever forgave them I think we would be living in a really harsh world. It was the first time this had ever happened to him and it seems like he is taking the right steps to improving himself. I very highly doubt that Rihanna would have dated him to begin with if he was not a decent guy. This time I think he deserves a little forgiveness. Next time, go ahead and be cruel.

He got off too easy. My girlfriend was punched in the face by a guy. He served 2 or 3 mth and has probation for 3 years....and he didn't repeatedly hit her. CHRIS BROWN repeatedly punches a girl and he just strolls the f**k along. WTF?
