Embattled actress Mischa Barton is unbalanced.

After being taken by police from her home and admitted into a hospital for undisclosed reasons four weeks ago, the 23-year-old tripped on her 2004 Ugg Boots and lost her footing coming out of a trailer on the set of her new show in NYC yesterday.

In 2003, Mischa starred in Enrique Iglesias' "Addicted" music video.

13. I think that she looks TERRIBLE!! And it has NOTHING to do with her coke habit. I don't normally care WHAT celebrities look like because they get whatever they want, but she just looks awful right now!!!!!! I truly do not feel bad for her because she has the money to get herself clean. Most others do not.
