California budget be damned! Governator Arnold Schwarzenegger went all Italian yesterday by chowing down at Cafe Roma -- an Italian restaurant in Bev Hills -- with a judgmental Sly Stallone.

Sometimes you come across as investigative and resourceful reporters.

yet, as this proves, you also come across as groupies too.
