The state of California is looking to put the squeeze on a Texas-based sticker company that's using one of their most famous trademarks for a boob joke. 
It's all over breast milk -- or at least stickers bearing the question, "Got Breastmilk?"
California claims the sticker company is illegally coppin' a feel on their most famous trademark, "Got Milk" -- a trademark that was created by the California Milk Processor Board.
Now, CA has filed a lawsuit against the sticker pimps in federal court in Los Angeles, demanding they stop using the breast-enhanced milk slogan and "surrender all the stickers bearing the breastmilk phrase."
Milk lawsuits ... they do a body good.

hmmm.. that's funny- last time I looked at their own got milk website they LOVED it when people copied the got milk campaign. They even had a printable poster with all the copy-cats on it. Supposedly, they found it ok for people to copy them because it made the other people think back to the original got milk campaign. I guess breast milk is such competition to the milk industry {sarcasm}. Even my alma mater got into the copy-catting of the got milk theme with their got monk? advertising. PS- jsut looked at their website and its totally changed... nothing loads...
Human beings are the only species (other than house cats) to consume milk past childhood. We are also the only species to consume the milk of another species.
Cow milk is for calves, not people.

Hell...they want to raise some fast cash how about slapping a registration fee for breast implants or a disposal fee for liposuction?!?!? Tax the cosmetic surgery industry there and they should be in the black in no time...
The titular heads of these two companies have been milking this lawsuit out for too long. Personally I think they are both boobs. At least it will all be over soon and be nothing but a bad mammary.
Are they going after all the eBay companies that sell "Got " stickers? Granted it's not milk but if part of what they're upset about is copying the "Got ". They better get busy, I even have a "Got Ink?" sticker.

Human beings have been consuming milk from cows, goats, camels, sheep... a multitude of domestic livestock for centuries. It has nothing to do with money. No one just came up with the idea one day as a get-rich-quick scheme. Go back to PETA, you tree hugger!!
I say they only get to trademark it if they can produce it!!
