Dr Rey is not from cuba and he is such an outstanding human being.... born in latin america he went against all odds and became what he is today..... a very respected surgeon.... this is a man who is a role model for many teens across the usa and across the world.
he also donates his talents in foreing countries to perform surgeries for children/adults that would never be able to afford re-constructive surgeries.
