Method Man Arrested -- C.R.E.A.M'd for Taxes

Method Man ... meet police man.

The Wu Tang rapper reportedly surrendered to cops on Staten Island this morning on charges of failing to pay four years worth of income taxes.

According to ABC in New York, Meth owes $32,799 to Uncle Sam -- not including fees and penalties.

Meth -- real name Clifford Smith -- will be arraigned at Staten Island criminal court later today. If convicted, he could face four years behind bars.

9. 1st - What's up with all these rappers named Clifford going to jail lately?

2nd - He only owed $32K for FOUR YEARS??? Most working stiffs pay that or more. I guess the rap game wasn't as lucrative as they made us believe.

14. I paid more than 32k in taxes ..just for last year!! Seriously for only 32k he should just be fined and penalized, maybe a lein, not thrown in jail.
